[Video] Erling Haaland missed TWO open GOALS, as Man City lost the community shield

Erling Haaland misses an open goal during the Community Shield game against rival Liverpool. In the 96th minute of the game, the shot from Phil Foden was saved by the goalkeeper and on the rebound, Haaland could easily find the net but the shot was missed hitting the woodwork.

This could give City a little hope to back to the game as the City was 3-1 down. There were 7 additional minutes played but the game ended with a 3-1 win for Liverpool. With this win, Liverpool gets their first hand on the Community Shield after 16 years.

Haaland got some chances during the game but couldn’t convert them into a goal. He could easily score two goals during the game but it was not his day.

On the other hand, Liverpool’s new signing, Darwin Nunez came as a substitute and changed the whole game. He won the penalty for the team after hitting the hand of Ruben Dias which Mohamed salah makes 2-1 for Liverpool. In the 93rd minute, Nunez scored a header to double the lead.

This is the game Haaland surely wants to forget and start the season with full positive vibes. The Premier League is starting very soon and he is here to score goals.
