But, a source revealed that Barcelona has offered Frenkie De Jong along with other 2 players to the English club, Chelsea.
What did Barcelona offer to Chelsea?
This transfer window has been pretty fruitful for Barcelona. They have been able to sign top players including Robert Lewandowski, Jules Kounde, Christen Erriksen and Raphinha. And Kounde and Raphinha were the top targets of Chelsea which was hijacked by Barcelona.
However, like any club, Barcelona needs to balance its financial situation too. And to cover the expenses in signing players, they could be forced to sell their talents.
According to trusted sources, Chelsea was offered the triple signing of players. As per Nizaar Kinsella, a journalist for Standard Sport, the Spanish club has offered the players including Pierrick Aubameyang, Frenkie De Jong, and Memphis Depay to Chelsea.
Nizaar confirmed,
“Chelsea have been offered a host of Barcelona players including Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, Memphis Depay and Frenkie De Jong. They’ve yet to show their hand, interest or contact their entourages though”

Despite the chance to sign the starts from Barca, Chelsea has remained silent as they have given no response to the rumors.
Sources claim that Chelsea could sign these players as they failed to sign their top targets – Jules Kounde and Raphinha in this summer transfer window. Perfect revenge if they succeed to sign these players.
